Graeme joined Topaz in 2018 as Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for setting HR strategy and leading the HR function across Topaz’s global assets. In addition to HR, his career spans transformational and cost efficiency experience within the energy sector, including upstream, downstream and power utilities and extensive M&A experience. Prior to joining Topaz he was Group Vice President, Business Transformation with the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Graeme’s professional experience also includes over a decade of progressively more senior HR roles within Suncor Energy and Petro-Canada, in Canada and the UK.
